All to often Human Resources is thought of as a department or a function in a company.  We believe that culture “IS” what makes a company.  While our belief is that not just one department “owns” the culture in any company, the HR departments seem to get most of the credit/blame.

We are going to the SHRM 2015 conference to see how much attention “Culture” is getting beyond tradition “Human Resources” functions.
